Several weeks back I was on my way home from working late. It was one of those nights that it was raining so hard out I couldn't see two feet in front of me. I must have run over a nail or something because I got a flat. Not only did that happen but for some reason my car stalled and I couldn't get it started again. I called Akamai and spoke to Ed. Within 20 minutes he was at my car and talked to me for a few minutes. He calmed me down and assured me that all was going to be ok. Ed acted quick and had my tire changed and SUV running within 15 minutes. He held true to his promise that everything was going to be ok. I will definately use this service again if I ever get stuck.
